Shipping Policy

 

Javta offering Free Delivery for all orders (In India). To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies (DTDC / Delhivery / XpressBees / FEDEX / Ecom Express, etc for Domestic and FEDEX / UPS / Indian Postal Service for International Buyers).

Order will dispatch within 1-2 Days from the Date of Order’s Confirmation. We’ll update you with an Order Confirmation Email / Message once the Order is placed by you.

All domestic orders will take about 4 -7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 5 pm. working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and Strikes.

Address change will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state otherwise have to pay as per Courier Partner’s Charges. If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

Shipment Tracking -

We notify our customers via a Shipment confirmation Email / Message within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s).

This shipping confirmation Email / Message will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
